Personal Training (1:1)
Lisa or Logan will work with you one-on-one, tailoring workouts specifically to your current fitness level to achieve your personal health, fitness and performance goals. With over 22 years experience she knows what it takes to achieve the toughest of goals. $60/session.

Partner Training (2 people)
Join forces with a friend or family member in the name of feeling and looking great together. This fun and interactive training will motivate you both to push the limits of optimal self improvement. $35 each/session.

Small Group Training (3 or more people)
Gather up friends and organize your own small group training to pursue your specific goals on a day and time convenient for you. 3 people – $30/person/class. 4+ people – $25/person/class.
