Personal Training
We will work with you one-on-one, tailoring workouts specifically to your current fitness level to achieve your personal health, fitness and performance goals. With over 19 years experience we know what it takes to achieve the toughest of goals. $45/session.

Partner Training
Join forces with a friend or family member in the name of feeling and looking great together. This fun and interactive training will motivate you both to push the limits of optimal self improvement. $30 each/session.

Small Group Training
Join one of the current group classes, or gather up friends and organize your own small group training to pursue your specific goals on a day and time convenient for you. First class always free!

Youth Athletic Development
Small group training consisting of functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique.

FUNctional Strength
Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout, this small group training caters to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We focus daily on building full body strength, increasing upper and lower body power, and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. Our program is designed to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life. During the workout, the group of no more than 4 adults covers the following: active warm up, functional strength training, and static stretching.


Weightlifting

This 75 minute group class, appropriate for competitive and recreational weightlifters, focuses on strength and power development for your sport. Emphasis is on exercise technique with gradual progression.
